Kolo Team LLC. is the sole owner of the data collected on this site and inside of the product Approved. This data is never sold to third parties. The information collected is only that which is critical to the functionality of the application.
No personally identifiable data is stored by Approved, such as emails, names, or personal information. All data is stored as anonymous IDs or IDs that can identify a person only with a valid Slack API token with the correct scopes.
The only exception to this rule is with our billing (provided by Paddle), in which the email address of the subscriber is stored in transaction history.

This Agreement permits Customer to purchase subscriptions to online software-as-a-service products and other services from Intercom pursuant to any Intercom ordering documents, online registration, order descriptions or order confirmations referencing this Agreement ("Order Form(s)") and sets forth the basic terms and conditions under which those products and services will be delivered. This Agreement will govern Customer's initial purchase on the Effective Date as well as any future purchases made by Customer that reference this Agreement.
